Caption:   Crocker Citizens National Bank. Established in 1905, the Bank of South San Francisco built this building at 301 Linden Avenue in 1917. In 1955 it was purchased by Crocker Bank and operated there until it moved to a new bank building (333 Linden) in 1975. From 1975-85, 301 Linden housed Magna Carta University. In 1986, the building was purchased by the Wells Fargo Bank and operated until 1991. From 1991 to the present, it has been occupied by Group IV Architectural Research and Planning, which was formerly located at 457 Forbes Boulevard.
