Caption: | Students with Heliogabolas lamp (1927). The Sequoia High School class of 1900 first introduced the heliogabolas lamp to the school. Anancient Chinese lantern symbolizing wisdom, the lamp was passed each year from the senior to junior class at graduation. The tradtiion continued until the late 1940's when the Helio disappeared. Shown in this photograph are seniors from the 1927 senior class. | ||
