Caption:   Main and Broadway intersection (1887). For many years, the central part of Redwood City centered around the intersection of Broadway and Main Streets. Shown in this photograph is the Grand Hotel at left and the Wahl Building at far right. Ships docked at the wharves on Redwood Creek can be seen at the center of the photograph.
