Caption:   County Superintendent of Schools Office (1913). The San Mateo County Superintendent's of Schools office was located on the second floor of the 4th county courthouse building, built in 1910. Superintendent Roy W. Cloud is standing next to the conference table. The Superintendent visited every school in the county twice per year. Cloud was a member of the first graduating class of Sequoia High School in 1898.
