Caption:   Redwood City Post Office interior (1911). The downtown Post Office was a WPA project built in 1935. It was constructed in the same mission style as the nearby city hall and library. Unidentified postal clerk is sitting at a desk. The post office is still standing on Jefferson Avenue, between Middlefield and Broadway.
