Caption:   Bradford Street drawbridge (1926). The Bradford Street bridge was built over Redwood Creek in the early 1900's. The creek had begun silting in and the shipping wharves were moved further out towards San Francisco Bay. Shown in this photograph are members of the Redwood City Fire Department testing the hoses of the new Seagraves truck.
