Caption: | Carrington Hall exterior - Sequoia High School (1982). Sequoia High School was founded in Redwood City in 1895. Classes were held on the third floor of the Grammar School until a separate high school building was constructed on Broadway in 1904. In 1924, the students moved to the current high school campus at El Camino and Brewster. Carrington Hall is the school auditorium, and is named after Otis Carrington who was a music teacher at the school from 1907 to 1950. | ||
