Caption:   Sequoia High School school commissioners (1924). Sequoia High School was founded in Redwood City in 1895, and was the first high school in San Mateo County. In 1924, students moved to the present-day campus located at El Camino and Brewster. Shown in this photograph are the school commissioners for the class of 1924. Commissioners were the equivalent of today's associated student body officers.
