Caption:   Casing Room at Swift and Company. Cruz Guiterrez is holding worms taken from hog intestines. The worms were saved for purposes not known. Cruz is wearing a rubber apron and navy hat. Cruz worked for Swift from 1943-1966. Photographed 1947.
