Caption:   Industry: Swift & Company 1968, shortly before demolition. A meat packing plant that produced beef, pork, and mutton products. It was located in the 200 block of East Grand Ave from 1932-1968 and then moved to 330 East Grand Ave, in 1968. This company was formerly part of Western Meat Co., and affiliated with the South San Francisco Union Stockyards.
