Caption: | McKinley School front entrance (c.1946). To help house the increase in the student population in the years after World War I, the Redwood City School District constructed McKinley Junior High School. The school opened in January of 1928, and is still in operation as a junior high school. The clock in the tower was taken from the Redwood City Grammar School when the latter was torn down in 1927. McKinley is located at 400 Duane Street. | ||
