Caption:   Crocker Citizens National Bank. In 1955, purchased from the South San Francisco Bank, which was established in 1905 and built the bank at 301 Linden Avenue in 1917. Crocker Citizens Bank operated here until 1975 when it moved to 333 Linden. From 1975 to 1986, it was occupied by the Magna Carta University. The building was then purchased by Wells Fargo Bank and operated until 1991. The current occupants, Group 4 Architecture Research and Planning, moved into the building in 1991 from 457 Forbes Boulevard.
