Caption: | Reichardt Duck Farm employees, 1930's. Founded by Otto Reichardt in San Francisco in 1901. Primarily sold ducks to Chinese markets in various communities. Other products sold were 360,000 eggs annually, feathers and fertilizers. Moved to South San Francisco in 1917. Moved to Petaluma, California in 1952 when City of South San Francisco used right of condemnation to get land for El Camino High School. | ||
