Caption:   South San Francisco Land & Improvement Company, 1908-1956. From 1908-1926, it was located at 304-6 Linden Avenue; from 1946-56, at 216 Linden Avenue. The Land Company laid out the streets, sold lots for homes, brought in power, streetcars and industries.
