Caption:   Industry: Merck and Co., Inc. Aerial photo of plant. Merck & Co. Inc., (Merck Chemical Manufacturing Division) was a research-driven pharmaceutical products and services company. In 1943, it bought Marine Magnesium Corporation (manufacturers of Milk of Magnesia). It was located at 500 East Grand Ave. In 1982 it moved to 330 Pt. San Bruno Ave.
